I feel misled and taken advantage of throughout this process. Overall, I'm very disappointed with experiences and would caution others to clarify financial responsibilities before proceeding with their services.

Although my job was a minor one, Paul Davis Restoration of the Space Coast treated it with professionalism, thoroughness and stellar execution worthy of a restoration job 10 times its size. These folks know their business! Office team of Sky, Matt and Marissa are responsive, respectful and supported by prompt electronic estimates, invoicing and real-time technician arrival notifications. But the stars of the show are the knowledgeable project managers and lead technicians -- Terrance, Raymond, Shelby are confident in their longtime technical knowledge of restoration protocols and communicated the protocols to me in layman's terms. Technicians Val, Maria, Vera and Gene arrived with air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums and appropriate protective materials/equipment to protect themselves and my home. Applause, applause to this company!

After a fire, we started working with Joe and Kim. Even such a difficult and emotional time Joe was super easy to work with and super responsive. Kim came to take care of our house and get it back to normal. I have never seen anyone as hardworking and dedicated as Kim. She was cleaning our house as if it was hers and during the process she was taking care of us and our emotions. They were both extremely patient and caring with us, and made such an awful situation bearable. I can fully recommend Ready5, Joe and Kim.

Excellent work! Louis and Ben were prompt, kind and professional every step of the way. Office called with an expected arrival time and they were here when they said they would be. They estimated to be a few hours and exceeded that by finishing sooner. Everything was covered up appropriately and cleaned. All areas of concern are nice, clean and fresh and ready for repair!
